Our learners are at different stages of training and experience. Therefore your service may vary in length of time with each visit but will invariably be longer than in a commercial hairdressing salon or barbershop.
The learners are here to gain a clear understanding of their chosen skill and we would like to thank you for your cooperation in helping them towards their goal of being qualified stylists and barbers.
May we remind you that our first concern is our learners’ education, so we would request you to refrain from possible distractions. Please do not use a mobile phone on the premises unless you are waiting for your colour to develop and always keep it on silent. Please do not bring food or drink with you. Any unsuitable distractions could result in you being asked to leave the premises. Should you have any queries, please ask to speak to the teacher.
Each learner will endeavour to create the style or colour that you request. However, this being a training academy we can’t guarantee that the finished look will be to your exact requirement. If you are unhappy at all with your haircut, you will have 24 hours (excluding weekends) to make a complaint and we will offer you a further 7 days to rectify it free of charge (excluding weekends). This does not extend to any colour service.
At certain times, the learners will be carrying out a formal assessment towards their chosen qualification without guidance. Please feel confident their trainer feels that they’re ready to work unsupervised.
